High Performance 40mm Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets
The multiwall polycarbonate sheet 40 mm is a high-performance glazing material designed for maximum thermal insulation. Each sheet features an integrated UV-protected layer to ensure long-term clarity and weather resistance. With a weight of 4300 g/m², this product provides exceptional impact strength for large-scale structures. It is engineered to maintain structural integrity while allowing optimal natural light transmission.
Solving Thermal Loss and Structural Demands
Large structures often struggle with significant heat loss and the need for high load-bearing capacity. Standard glazing materials frequently fail to provide the necessary insulation for energy-efficient environments.
Our 40 mm multiwall polycarbonate solves this by combining a robust multi-layer structure with superior thermal properties. This allows you to build durable, light-filled spaces that remain energy-efficient throughout the year.
Technical Specifications

Versatile Applications and Structural Compatibility
These sheets are suitable for professional greenhouses, winter gardens, and industrial roofing systems. They integrate seamlessly into architectural projects requiring both strength and light transmission. The material is also effective for commercial partitions and public walkways that demand weatherproof, energy-efficient solutions.
Important information
- 15-Year Warranty Includes a 15-year warranty against yellowing, ensuring high light transmission throughout this period.
- Cutting Tolerance The maximum allowable cutting deviation on the edges is 4 mm.
- Internal Structure The internal design (channels shape) of the sheets may vary based on stock levels, but the technical specs are identical. We never mix different structures in the same order to ensure a uniform look.
- UV Protection & Installation Polycarbonate sheets must be installed with the UV-protected side facing up (facing the outside) for the protection to work. The UV side is clearly marked on the protective film.
- Handle with Care Handle the sheets carefully to prevent scratches and damage.
- Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
