High Performance Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet 25mm
This multiwall polycarbonate sheet 25 mm is a high-grade glazing material featuring an opal finish for diffused light transmission. It is engineered with a UV-resistant layer on one side to prevent degradation and maintain structural clarity. The 3200 g/m² construction provides a balance of lightweight handling and significant durability for large-scale installations.
Solving Thermal Efficiency and Durability Challenges
Large structures often struggle with heat loss and the need for high-impact materials that can withstand harsh weather. Standard glazing options frequently fail to provide the necessary insulation or durability required for demanding environments.
Our 25 mm multiwall polycarbonate sheet addresses these issues by offering superior thermal properties and robust impact resistance. This solution reduces energy costs while ensuring your structure remains protected against environmental stress for years to come.

The material is also suitable for creating energy-efficient partitions, weather-resistant walkways, and durable roof overlays in various commercial settings.
Important information
- 15-Year Warranty Includes a 15-year warranty against yellowing, ensuring high light transmission throughout this period.
- Color Variations Color shades of multiwall sheets can vary by up to 8% between different production batches. We recommend ordering all sheets for a single project at the same time to ensure a consistent color.
- Cutting Tolerance The maximum allowable cutting deviation on the edges is 4 mm.
- Standard Width The standard sheet width is 2.1 m. If a sheet is cut down to 1.05 m, one edge will remain open due to the internal channel structure.
- Internal Structure The internal design (channels shape) of the sheets may vary based on stock levels, but the technical specs are identical. We never mix different structures in the same order to ensure a uniform look.
- UV Protection & Installation Polycarbonate sheets must be installed with the UV-protected side facing up (facing the outside) for the protection to work. The UV side is clearly marked on the protective film.
- Handle with Care Handle the sheets carefully to prevent scratches and damage.
- Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
