Premium Arla Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet Identity
The multiwall polycarbonate sheet 10 mm is a high-quality glazing material manufactured by Arla Plast. It features a 1700 g/m² mass and a 3.0 W/m²*K U-value for effective thermal performance. This clear, UV-protected sheet is designed for durability in residential and commercial applications. It provides a flexible yet strong structure suitable for both flat and curved installations.
Solving Structural Glazing and Insulation Challenges
Finding a material that combines high light transmission with effective thermal insulation is difficult for many growers. Standard glass is often too heavy or fragile for curved structures, leading to installation complexities and safety concerns.
Our 10 mm multiwall polycarbonate solves this by offering a lightweight, impact-resistant alternative that is easy to bend. It maintains stable internal temperatures while protecting your plants from harmful UV rays throughout the seasons.

Versatile Applications and Structural Compatibility
This sheet is highly compatible with curved greenhouse frames and elegant roof structures like pergolas. It serves as a robust solution for industrial facades and screened entrances requiring daylight penetration. The material integrates seamlessly with standard aluminium profile systems when properly sealed at the channel ends.
Important information
- 15-Year Warranty Includes a 15-year warranty against yellowing, ensuring high light transmission throughout this period.
- Cutting Tolerance The maximum allowable cutting deviation on the edges is 4 mm.
- Standard Width The standard sheet width is 2.1 m. If a sheet is cut down to 1.05 m, one edge will remain open due to the internal channel structure.
- Internal Structure The internal design (channels shape) of the sheets may vary based on stock levels, but the technical specs are identical. We never mix different structures in the same order to ensure a uniform look.
- UV Protection & Installation Polycarbonate sheets must be installed with the UV-protected side facing up (facing the outside) for the protection to work. The UV side is clearly marked on the protective film.
- Handle with Care Handle the sheets carefully to prevent scratches and damage.
- Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
