Premium Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet Identity
The multiwall polycarbonate 8 mm clear sheet is a high-performance glazing material manufactured by Arla Plast. It features a robust 1500 g/m² mass and a specialized 2Wall construction for structural stability. This product provides a U-value of 3.2 W/m²*K and includes integrated UV protection to prevent yellowing. It is designed for precise, custom-cut applications in residential and commercial environments.
Solving Glazing Durability and Insulation Challenges
Standard glazing materials often struggle to balance light transmission with thermal efficiency, leading to heat loss and structural degradation. Thin or low-quality sheets frequently fail under environmental stress, requiring premature replacement.
Our 8mm multiwall polycarbonate solves this by combining high-impact resistance with an optimized U-value of 3.2 W/m²*K. The 1500 g/m² density ensures the sheets remain stable against wind and snow, providing a reliable, long-term solution for demanding outdoor structures.

The material integrates seamlessly into both residential garden structures and commercial building projects requiring reliable, weather-resistant surfaces.
Important information
- 15-Year Warranty Includes a 15-year warranty against yellowing, ensuring high light transmission throughout this period.
- Color Variations Color shades of multiwall sheets can vary by up to 8% between different production batches. We recommend ordering all sheets for a single project at the same time to ensure a consistent color.
- Cutting Tolerance The maximum allowable cutting deviation on the edges is 4 mm.
- Internal Structure The internal design (channels shape) of the sheets may vary based on stock levels, but the technical specs are identical. We never mix different structures in the same order to ensure a uniform look.
- UV Protection & Installation Polycarbonate sheets must be installed with the UV-protected side facing up (facing the outside) for the protection to work. The UV side is clearly marked on the protective film.
- Handle with Care Handle the sheets carefully to prevent scratches and damage.
- Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
