High Performance 20mm Opal Polycarbonate Sheets
The multiwall polycarbonate 20 mm opal sheet is a high-strength, UV-protected glazing material. It features a 7WALL structure designed for maximum thermal efficiency and durability. This product is manufactured by Arla Plast and is available in custom-cut dimensions.
Solving Heat Loss in Glazed Structures
Thin glazing materials often struggle to retain heat, leading to high energy costs and limited seasonal use for greenhouses or terrace roofs. This creates a cold environment that is unsuitable for sensitive plants or comfortable outdoor living.
Our 20 mm opal multiwall sheet solves this by providing a robust, insulating barrier. The multi-layer design reduces heat loss effectively, allowing you to extend your growing season or enjoy your terrace in cooler weather.

Important information
- 15-Year Warranty Includes a 15-year warranty against yellowing, ensuring high light transmission throughout this period.
- Color Variations Color shades of multiwall sheets can vary by up to 8% between different production batches. We recommend ordering all sheets for a single project at the same time to ensure a consistent color.
- Cutting Tolerance The maximum allowable cutting deviation on the edges is 4 mm.
- Internal Structure The internal design (channels shape) of the sheets may vary based on stock levels, but the technical specs are identical. We never mix different structures in the same order to ensure a uniform look.
- UV Protection & Installation Polycarbonate sheets must be installed with the UV-protected side facing up (facing the outside) for the protection to work. The UV side is clearly marked on the protective film.
- Handle with Care Handle the sheets carefully to prevent scratches and damage.
- Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
