High Performance Multiwall Polycarbonate 20 mm Sheets
The multiwall polycarbonate 20 mm sheet is a high-strength, UV-protected glazing material designed for maximum thermal efficiency. Featuring a 2800 g/m² mass, this Arla Multiclear 5X product offers robust impact resistance for industrial and residential applications. It is engineered to retain heat effectively while providing reliable daylighting in cold climates.
Solving Heat Loss in Demanding Glazing Projects
Standard glazing materials often struggle to maintain internal temperatures, leading to high energy costs and limited seasonal use. Thin sheets fail to provide the necessary thermal barrier required for cold-weather environments or industrial roofing applications.
Our 20mm multiwall polycarbonate solves this by utilizing a thick, multi-layer structure that delivers a U-value of 1.8 W/m²*K. This design ensures superior heat retention and long-term durability, allowing you to extend your growing season or create comfortable, energy-efficient outdoor shelters.

Important information
- 15-Year Warranty Includes a 15-year warranty against yellowing, ensuring high light transmission throughout this period.
- Cutting Tolerance The maximum allowable cutting deviation on the edges is 4 mm.
- Internal Structure The internal design (channels shape) of the sheets may vary based on stock levels, but the technical specs are identical. We never mix different structures in the same order to ensure a uniform look.
- UV Protection & Installation Polycarbonate sheets must be installed with the UV-protected side facing up (facing the outside) for the protection to work. The UV side is clearly marked on the protective film.
- Handle with Care Handle the sheets carefully to prevent scratches and damage.
- Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
